You may have noticed change in creating tickets.

Post Processor department will handle PP requests and PP edits.

Each requested post processor should be its own ticket. So, if you need 2 post-processors, please create 2 separate tickets etc.

After some hacker and spam attacks we have upgraded our previous support system and moved it to another server.

Your login data should remain the same and all but probably a few tickets has been preserved in the system.

If you experience any problems, please create a new ticket and we will get back to you,
